These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Day Trip Explorer mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Good Time Labs LLC ("Good Time Labs," "we," "our," or "us").
 

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
 

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Day Trip Explorer is a travel discovery and trip-planning platform that helps users discover attractions, activities, destinations, restaurants, parks, downtowns, wineries, breweries, and other points of interest within driving distance.
 

The Service provides recommendations, trip planning tools, maps, ratings, saved trips, exploration tracking, and related features.
 

We do not own, operate, manage, or control the destinations listed within the Service.

Certain features require the creation of an account.
 

You agree to:
 

• Provide accurate information

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Keep your password confidential

• Notify us of any unauthorized account activity
   

You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Feedback

• Photos (if supported in future versions)

You retain ownership of content you submit.
 

By submitting content, you grant Good Time Labs LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, modify, distribute, and publish that content in connection with operating and improving the Service.
 

You agree not to submit content that:
 

• Is unlawful

• Is fraudulent or misleading

• Violates intellectual property rights

• Contains offensive, abusive, or defamatory material

• Contains malware or harmful code
   

We may remove content at our discretion.

Day Trip Explorer provides informational recommendations only.

Inclusion of any destination, business, or activity within the Service does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, warranty, or guarantee by Good Time Labs LLC.

Some descriptions, recommendations, routes, itineraries, or other content may be generated or enhanced using automated systems or artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that such information is complete, current, or error-free.

• Pricing

• Admission requirements

• Accessibility

• Safety conditions

• Event schedules

• Road conditions

Listings may become outdated or inaccurate over time.
 

Users should independently verify important information before traveling.

You are solely responsible for determining whether any destination or activity is appropriate for you and anyone traveling with you. Participation in activities discovered through the Service is at your own risk.

• Following local laws

• Injuries

• Property damage

• Accidents

• Traffic violations

• Lost property

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party providers, including:
 

• Mapping services

• Navigation providers

• Social media platforms

• Authentication providers

• Analytics services

• Advertising networks

We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies, or practices.
 

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

Certain features may require a paid subscription.
 

Premium features may include:
 

• Unlimited trip generation

• Expanded driving distances

• Additional planner functionality

• Larger wishlists

• Ad-free experiences

• Other premium benefits
   

We reserve the right to modify, add, discontinue, or change subscription plans, pricing, features, and benefits at any time. Any changes will apply in accordance with the policies of the applicable app marketplace and applicable law.

Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other marketplaces are managed by those platforms and are subject to the billing, renewal, and refund policies of those platforms.

Unless canceled, subscriptions may automatically renew according to the terms of the applicable marketplace.
 

You are responsible for managing your subscription through your marketplace account.
 

We do not control marketplace billing systems.
 

Refund requests are subject to the policies of the applicable marketplace.

The Service, including:
 

• Software

• Designs

• Logos

• Branding

• Databases

• Text

• Graphics

• User interfaces

• Features
   

are owned by or licensed to Good Time Labs LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
 

Except as expressly authorized, you may not:
 

• Copy

• Modify

• Reverse engineer

• Redistribute

• Sell

• License

• Exploit any portion of the Service.

You agree not to:
 

• Use the Service unlawfully

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems

• Interfere with app operation

• Scrape or harvest data

• Circumvent security features

• Introduce malicious software

• Impersonate others

• Use automated systems to overload the Service
   

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may:
 

• Modify features

• Add features

• Remove features

• Suspend access

• Perform maintenance

• Discontinue portions of the Service
   

without prior notice.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Time Labs LLC disclaims all warranties, including:
 

• Merchantability

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Non-infringement

• Accuracy

• Reliability

• Availability
   

We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Time Labs LLC, its owners, members, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:
 

• Indirect damages

• Incidental damages

• Special damages

• Consequential damages

• Punitive damages

• Loss of profits

• Loss of data

• Business interruption

Arising from or related to the use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of:
(a) $100 USD; or
(b) the amount paid by you to us during the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Good Time Labs LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
 

• Your use of the Service

• Your submitted content

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of applicable laws

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
 

You may stop using the Service at any time.
 

Upon termination, provisions relating to intellectual property, liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute resolution shall survive.

You agree not to use or export the Service except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service was obtained.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Good Time Labs LLC regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements relating to the Service.

Before filing legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally.
 

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
 

You consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
 

When material changes occur, we will update the Effective Date.
 

Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you downloaded the Service through Apple's App Store:

• These Terms are between you and Good Time Labs LLC, not Apple Inc.

• Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.

• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.

• Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the Service, including product liability claims, claims that the Service fails to conform to legal requirements, or claims under consumer protection laws.

• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

• Your use of the Service must comply with the App Store Terms of Service.
